I have just moved into a new flat. Although I have a washer-dryer I don’t really want to use the dryer as I find it takes too long. I want to use a stand-alone dryer, but I have heard different things about where you can site different dryers. I have been told that you can safely run both a condenser dryer and a vented dryer in a cupboard, but I have also heard that you must never do this!
The only cupboard I have is the one with the fuse box in it, so I really don’t want to blow the place to bits!
Could someone give me some advice on this issue please? I’m in a brand new second floor flat which is timber-framed with UPVC cladding on the outside.
