Miele Hydromatic W698 Washing Machine

I have a Miele Hydromatic W698 which is 13 yrs old and has been superb, although one repair was needed recently and the brushes in the motor were replaced (cost £70). However it has gone wrong again and the electronics seem all over the place, with programmes not being executed properly. The Miele has had some major use over those 13 yrs, probably been used every single day. It’s supposed to have been used on a concrete floor apparently, but I only have a wooden floor so maybe this has shortened the life of it?

It is going through washing powder at a rate of knots, mainly due to it not lathering enough. Synthetics wash ok but now only drain on the last rinse, then drain and spin when it should actually spin after every rinse. Also it will fill up with water in the prewash side of the dispenser drawer and also in the wash side when rinsing.

I have often checked the various filters for blockage, but they have been totally clear everytime. Can this machine be reset with a sequence of button presses?

If this machine cannot be made right again, I will be buying a new Bosch because I cannot afford a Miele at the moment unfortunately.
