ParticipantUsed to use E-shop and log into it using e-mail address and password to get trade discount on spares. It just says now waiting for account to be released. You will get an e-mail. has the order process changed? keep getting the response you need to ring another number department from BSH.

I would give them a bell Simon. Now I’ve just logged-in on their eShop site and it works for me, so there must be a problem with your account right now I would imagine. A phone call no doubt will sort it. 😀

I keep getting “enter your email” but it is showing me it at the time.
I had to remind them to activate my account after about a month of waiting.

They then may be operating a similar system to one which Masterpart has adopted…..Use it or lose it…..maybe? 😕
Anyroad up, my on-line account with them is working just fine right now. 😀

TBH Bosch Eshop, whatever, has not been as efficient as it used to be since a re-vamp about a couple of months back.
It seems they have made it more user friendly for the public and less so for us. eg. enter some model numbers and you get a page of accesories first and have to click through before reaching the spares explodeds. Each time, for me anyway, this is acompanied by a windows security pop up message which is just anoying.
Have had no problems sending and recieving orders though.January 18, 2011 at 7:43 pm #341657robbra

Martin,
I’ve been using it regularly but the bit I said about reminding them to activate the account was when I first applied about 3 years ago and was directed to Simon. I didn’t word it clearly.
