    I have to replace the freezer doorseal on this appliance.

    I ordered a new seal and got a kit consisting:-
    a seal
    a roll of double sided tape
    around 40 screws
    4 metal rods

    and no instructions.

    I think the old seal is glued on under the door liner.

    Has anyone done one of these or have any instructions for removing and fitting the new one?

    hi bazza.
    the old seal just pulls off.
    unscrew the metal rods from the fridge door and screw the new ones on.
    put a strip of tape around the new seal and also on the new metal rods and stick together.
    this better done with the door off and and on the floor.
    be careful when offering the seal to the door, you only get one go! make sure it’s properly lined up.
    maybe better to have help to line it up.

    You’re right dead easy job…if only I had the guts to just rip the old seal off it all becomes clear.
