    Hello

I have a Cannon Chitchester free standing cooker and the botton oven has developed a problem. Essentially when it is turned on from cold the flame ignites but stays at a very low level for 5 to 10 minutes before it comes to life with a large flame and starts to warm the oven.

If the oven is hot and we look to turn it on again then it just sits there with a low flame and nothing else happens.

It does not seem to depend upon the temerature set of the dial.

The top oven and hob all seem to be working fine.

    Any advice?

OK commented noted, but from experience is it a simple issue or more cost effective just to replace the oven?
