Just been brought into workshop this afternoon with empty water and clean filter lights on. No water in drawer and filters / condenser clean.
Any ideas chaps?

I guess you must have looked at the pump chamber and float by now?

Hi, yes cleaned pump chamber etc. Runs for about 20mins then faults. Empty tank light flashes. Was incorrect about not starting at all.
Another competitor whilst visiting workshop thinks it is flashing an error code but machine has a digital screen and surely would be displayed in that? The light does flash constantly and does not stop as it would as in error.Geoff

I take it you’re testing this machine with a load (say) of damp towels? No doubt you are aware it would not operate without, but just checking.
So, if the water container were empty at the start then after 20mins or so of tumbling and heat, there would be some water in the container by then…is there?
If you pour a litre or so of water down the overflow drain pipe in the water tank tray and switch on, will it pump back up OK?
Is the float switch sticking?
