got a call out to this d/w,fault was no action from spray arms.the machine fills and starts the wash cycle after a few mins the spray arms stop turning and the machine just makes a humming noise.checked heater with multi seems ok,removed circulation pump to check for blockages seems ok,any suggestions appreciated.

we always check bosch dw modules now as par the course for any repair except obvious blockages, so many seem to be blowing these days (maybe its just down here mind) we got fed up fitting/ordering spares only to find the module is popped anyway. its well worth spending an extra 10 mins doing this as its not difficult and as they are normally so expensive – i.e machine write off, saves you cash in the long run.
ps its a SGS45E08gb/ in case you need to find bits from bsh website
