    Went to this machine today when you select a programme the display says 99 minutes which is wrong for a start, when the prog starts it pumps out then takes in water and starts to wash but the timer does not count down, the machine will carry on like this forever just washing and heating but not count down, you have to manually cancel the programme. if you select the quick wash it does say 40 minutes and completes the cycle ok whilst counting down. any help would be much appreciated. Andy

    Rickard, probably low water level caused by gunge build up in the hose that runs between the side tank and the sump. Wizard
