    Helio, just on the off chance, has anyone had one of these making banging noises. The customer says she uses it at night and it’s waking everyone up (I know, don’t use it at night then) but I’ve tried it and it sounds ok to me. Arms are not hitting anything and turn freely. The only thing I suspect is the water inlet but it won’t make any noise when I’m there.

    Side chamber/ sump hose blocked as usual causing it to back fill and bring the drain pump on. This then cycles, Fill, drain, fill and so on . Constant on/ off filling causing water hammer?
