Bit of a long shot as we have trawled the net for hours and the manufacturer is not getting back. Appliance just over 12 months old, when water goes into the ice maker it only fills by about 4mm. Does anyone know how to get into the program and alter the fill time like you can on Samsungs. Valves, pipework etc are all ok.
