    Hi all ,

    I have a diplomat ADP 8630 Dishwasher that the door has no tension so when it is opened it just wants to flop open and drop to a fully open position without any tension on it . I think it must have had a spring or restrictor of some kind thats come off or broke which must have been attached to the lower hinges or something similar to prevent it doing this. …does any one know ? Can anyone help as it is proving to be dangerous when opened.


    also does any one know of a good Dishwasher repairer in the Portsmouth Area.

    Is diplomat really a Beko ? i am not sure if thi is the case .

    Appreciate any help as i am trying to get it sorted asap as its proving to be a problem
