Hi guys. Not been here for a while. Hope everyone is OK.

For a while now I have noticed that the pots on the bottom right hand side of my Bosch dishwasher are not clean at the end of the cycle.
I cleared the spray arms but now think that the bottom one isn’t turning at all.
I got the dishwasher in March 2003 so it’s well out of guarantee.
Can anybody tell me what the fault might be and whether it’s worth getting repaired. The appliance cost me almost £500 8 years ago so it’s going to be expensive to replace.

I have also noticed that there is a slight delay with the indicator lights coming on when the door is opened at the end of the cycle. They come on when the door is pulled open by about 1/3. A bit like a loose connection.

Any help and advice would be gratefully received. Thanks guys.

you may have reduced flow due to the lower transfer pipe from the pressure
chamber to the sump being partially blocked or you have a problem with the
divert motor in the water heater.

I assume you have removed the spray arm to check that this isnt blocked?

Take a look at this thread

you may be lucky with a thorough clean of pressure chamber and pipe which is relatively easy to do.

CJA thank you for your reply. The spray arm isn’t blocked and the arm can turn freely on the mounting. I will have to get someone in to look at it as it’s not something that either me or Mr hbrac can do confidently. I expect Bosch service would cost megabucks so I will look for an independant repairer. Thanks again.
