    What does the fault code E8 mean on this? I cant find it. Probably just me though.
    It only comes up on the microwave setting. Close the door, Press starts, Seems to run for 2 – 3 seconds then cuts out with E8 on display.

    Have you checked to see you have a feed to the hv transformer from what you discribe 2to3 seconds it takes that long for the oven to rattle up

    internal fuse has gone ? did one last week sticky door micro switch was the cause , hth

    or faulty mag and inverter blown the fuse, had one last week do the same.
