    Been to this today customer complained of no heat on dry.
    Checked through heater and cut outs etc and all seems fine. I checked for power to the heater and there is no neutral to the element.
    The machine brings up no fault codes and appears to work as normal all the way through the cycle but just no heat.

    You need to be checking the cut-outs with the cables disconnected. Theres circuit diagrams on TDS

    If it’s same as late Zanussi, check integrity of thin orange wires connected to thermistor in condenser to tub hose down on the right.

    Thanks for the advice on this, I am never going to find out as the owners are going to buy new.

    You could allways offer them a Fiver for it for bits, then at least you’d know.
