ParticipantProbably me misreading something, but I have one of these which washes for ten minutes, then brings up( from left) orange, orange, red 😕 . Are they normally all red or am I barmy. Everything tests fine but whenever the relay clicks for clock and anticlock tumble the on and start leds dim momentarily. Motor seems fine, heater, etc. test fine but I’ve noticed that in the 10 mins the heater never gets any juice on an everyday 40 wash. Don’t know if thats relevant.
Any ideas 🙁Tony

Tony
If motor and heater are ok, and not load problem, then its probably pcb
(advise from Poland)

Hi strange thing i had a machine with the same fault AWCT10L
ON/OFF went out ADD RINSE and SPIN leds on and START/PAUSE led turns red
Found no power going to heater element
Changed module wich cured the fault! must be a heater relay on pcb not switching on?

fitted new pcb on the 11th machine fine since can amica sugest some way of testing these pcbs as no obvious track or component failure on visual inspection i have enough trouble identifiying some of these micro components on the board let alone replacing them?????

Full wiring diagrams are on the service website but these PCBs to seem to fail without any visual problems so even though the PCBs are relatively simple it can be difficult to pin down the faulty component.
TBH for the cost of the PCBs (£30-ish new, presumably costing Amica even less for service work) I’d replace every time, as cheaper to replace than the time spent on repairs & possible recalls.
