Had a one of these today and the problem was that the door would lock but not fill. I had one exactly the same last week and put on a control module and bingo! This one i put the control module on and exactly the same door lock but no fill. It would also go into a dry cycle no problem but no rotation and no pump action. I have not got a circuit diagram so i am a bit stuck. Any advice much appreciated.

The valve readings are all ok. The valve is getting a double live and i disconnected the hose pipe from the stat and still nothing. This has me baffled.

Faulty new module by the sounds of it, or possibly o/c pump.

This is a Merloni (Servis) type isn’t it ?

It’s funny you should say that Dave as that did cross my mind as i replaced the module on another 412 and it worked fine. The pump reads ok. I will get another module and try it again. I just wish i carried more than one module

Had a Servis based one a while back that wouldn’t fill but if timer was moved on a step or two it would. Wouldn’t spin either. Fault was a blown heater element. Haven’t got a clue as to why this caused the fill fault but replacing the heater cured it.
