    After being advised of faulty module (part no. 546060201), i have replaced it but still no joy. Do i now need to replace the door switch system? (metalflex ZV-446) Any help appreciated, Thanks.

    Hi Banjo,
    you need to be more specific,Who advised you to replace your module?
    and more importantly whats wrong with the machine?
    To keep throwing replacement parts at a machine in the hope you find the fault is expensive and illadvised.

    Hi Steve, 2 separate engineers said faulty module, neither could find anything else wrong! both wanted silly money to replace so ordered part myself. The problem is that when the door is closed to start programme nothing happens.

    When you say nothing happens, do you get any indicator lights coming on? i.e to tell you that power is on & that the door is closed. Also could you give us some idea of what the Original complaint was with the machine?

    Got power on light, problem started when i had to bang door too hard to get programme started, was hit and miss and eventually had enough of banging on door incase i caused more damage. No flashing lights just power on and failure to start.
