Don’t know any of the history of this machine as the tenant says it’s never worked properly in the 3 months she’s been there. None of the programmes seem to be where they are shown on the fascia.

thinking selector switch but the programmes seem to be in random places.
Are the 16 programme selector switches all the same or is there a difference in the various models?Cheers in advance
