    Anyone getting any of these through yet.

    I have several still on back order going back to before Christmas, still showing out of stock at Masterpart.

    One irate customer has just rung me to inform me that he has just rung Hotpoint and been told they have all the valves in stock. 😈

    Qualtex and CDSL both show out of stock.

    Yeah but they then take their credit card payment first then say…”due to unexpected high demand this part is temporarily out of stock…..” :rolls:

    Got my Hotpoint/Indesit valves on Friday, were in stock at last from Connect.

    Hotpoint got a delivery 31/12/10 and arrived with us 4/1/11. We got told parts had come from Poland and even hotpoint engineers had been waiting due to the amount of valves bursting. We had a massive backlog and so did merloni so there own engineers must have been given priority.

    IME, they take your card details but don’t take payment till it’s ready to dispatch (even if that’s months). You can then cancel when you’re fed up waiting.

    Three arrived today along with two T/D elements ordered ages ago. 8)
