Hotpoint got a delivery 31/12/10 and arrived with us 4/1/11. We got told parts had come from Poland and even hotpoint engineers had been waiting due to the amount of valves bursting. We had a massive backlog and so did merloni so there own engineers must have been given priority.

Yeah but they then take their credit card payment first then say…”due to unexpected high demand this part is temporarily out of stock…..” :rolls:
IME, they take your card details but don’t take payment till it’s ready to dispatch (even if that’s months). You can then cancel when you’re fed up waiting.
