My bosch dishwasher constantly drains when switched on (no water in machine, if I add water it drains fine). I have tried a reset, but no joy. I have taken the front cover off, all connections seem secure and there are no sign of dry joints on the control panen PCB. I have read about water collecting in the base, how do I check this? Is there anything else I can check? I have tried to find a new control panel on-line but no luck, any ideas? Thanks

If you remove the lid and both side panels then you will be able to see any water in the base.
Check the lhs front flood switch -you will see a red peg which is lifted
by a polystyrene float in the base.Has this been activated?If not you need to check the operation of the microswitch it may have failed.
You can remove the water in the base by tilting the machine forward.
Unfortunately is it isnt the flood switch(leak or otherwise) then its likely a failed pcb.
Please pull the plug out first before working with the machine.
