    I just bought a servis esilogic 1500 new from the internet,
    the machine arrived and I have plumbed it in but I cannot open the door!
    The instruction booklet is unhelpfully inside the machine.

    can you advice?

    If it won’t open without force then don’t try as you could potentially do more harm than good. The only option I’m afraid is to go back the retailer for an exchange, refund or to arrange an engineer’s visit.
