    Customer just phoned, apparently has a Swan SW101OB. ❓

    Says she paid £400+ from a catalogue for it.

    Not likely to be going out to it, suspect its of oriental origin, anyone seen, heard of, or know who actually makes this machine?

    I believe that Swan as a trademark is held by Littlewoods as the ones I do come from NESN

    From a catalogue she said so that doesn’t surprise me. Apparently my advice to check the pump impellor rather than just pull out and replace the filter allowed them to find the small piece of wood jammed in it. 😉
