    went out to above model last week 10th, customer complaing appliance wont start, traced fault to door lock not locking, although the lock indicator was showing on the control panel. fitted new door lock test on progs, a couple of times worked Ok. customer back on the phone today17th, same fault.
    is there something else i should be looking for?.
    going back to call, any advice gents.

    Had similar machine doing that with brushes down.

    Even with a duff interlock the machine will run the pump. I’d be looking at brushes too!

    thanks gents, found the prob, PCB up the spout, looks like the heater relay circuit blown.
    but problem re occurred through half way on wash.
    its a one to note, light on for door locked, shuts down, and door not locking, but if you put a new lock on it works, but not through a full prog, its blows lock circuits.
