We are having a nightmare with a c#*py cleaner. Original pump had burnt out. Fitted a fresh one lasted 30 seconds and went pop. put this down to “a bad one”. Fitted another one and again lasted 30 secs fizzled and tripped out. Investigated further and the feed is taken through a mains filter. Fitted a filter and another pump, you’ve got it 30 secs and a dead smoking pump. All the pumps managed to pump fluid for there short life. Has anyone got any experience of this fault as we are now stumped!?

Yes they are a pain! Wont touch them if out of guarantee as people wont pay £45 labour for the three days it takes to take apart and put back together!. You have to change pump, emi filter assy (all of it), and pcb. Same if the rollor motor goes. Do you have the model number just to be sure?
