    I have just purchased a Miele WS5425, it looks very sturdy!

    Having searched the WWWeb for some kind of manual for this model, I was unsuccessful in finding anything other than the fact that there seems to be a service menu where you can alter the programs (this might be what I also need)

    The first time I have tried to use this machine I put it on a 40 degree cotton wash, but the temperature gradually rose to over 80….so I stopped it and tried another program. Quick wash was not so hot( I think 30 degrees)….but I guess also not the wash we will be using all of time.

    One other minor problem was that the drain pump seems to have a tiny leak (its the bayonet kind), Are replacement seals available for this?

    I really could do with some help with this one, I’m hoping I made the right decision buying this machine…..it looks tough….with my family thats what I need!! :rolls:

    I don’t see much Miele stuff but I would doubt that replacement pump seals would be available.

    I have already looked through the list on Miele site but this model is not listed. Don’t know whether its because its a ‘commercial’ machine.

    I also emailed them asking if they had a PDF manual i could get…we shall see….to be honest I have more hope from this forum 🙂

    Yes I think you have made a good descision buying the Miele. My Mum has a Miele Little Giant PW6065 commercial as she too does alot of washing and it is excellent. It did cost over £3000 though!

    You can download the user manual direct from the Miele website. Service manuals are only available to Miele authorised service dealers only.
