Oryx made an excellent 30 watt iron, i’ve had 1 on my workbench for about 10 years & it’s still going strong.
Antex make the XS25 watt which is used by a lot of service engineers for Electronic repairs. Depends on what’s available local to you really but I would steer well away from cheap irons, they don’t normally last long & the tips wear away pretty quickly. Also stay away from Instant heat guns, they’re normally rated about 100/120 watts & tend to burn print off the board.
If you want it for your toolbox a Portasol or Antex gas iron can be useful.
If you buy an Iron i would get a good solder sucker as well.
