    I did a search in the KNOWN ERROR CODES and found this hope it helps

    Bernie

    Bosch WAE24165 . Refering to the 5 spin lights;

    Light
    Door 1
    Poor drain 1&4
    No fill 1&5
    Motor fault 1,3 &5
    Water in base 1,3,4&5

    Presumably this may apply to all WAE series with 5 spin lights

    update on flashing lights
    when you choose ANY programme and without pressing any option buttons or the start button, after approx 1 second ALL the spin speed lights and rinse hold light flashes in unison…also the WASH light flashes too..again in unison with the others. the w/m has been switched off over night..no change.. pressing any of the buttons..including start make no
    difference either.
    thanks

    Probably the boards goosed mate . If you basically have every led flashing , it normally means the microprocessor has failed on the control module.

    if all the lights are flashing it may have same fault as hotpoint boards. look for blown capacitors. full explaination is in the simple pcb repair thread at top of page

    Got to be worth a look at the caps. And if the eprom is goosed, what caused it?
    Mike.
