    I have a dishwasher model number DW009, serial number 071201255 and it has stopped working with an error code of E4, showing on the screen.

    It suggests in the manual that I should be able to sort out the problem without calling out an engineer. None of the given advice in the booklet is helping with the problem. Is there anything I can do? 😕 [/code]

    It is an unbranded make that came from B&Q, as part of a complete kitchen.
    I have contacted B&Q to try and find the make of the appliance, to be told the company have gone into administration.
    However, they did give me another telephone number to try, which I will do today.
