Went to this fridge freezer a couple of weeks ago and found the machine dead ,no display etc . checked for power in all ok up to board . Diagnosed a faulty rear card and ordered ,on back order and due in tommorow .Customer rang today to say that her husband had looked at it and performed a re set procedure and all was now working so board no longer needed :rolls: .Just wanted to know if any of you zanussi techs out there think they are having me on and just changed there mind or is there really a re set procedure i have missed ,so i can put in the memory banks for future reference .Do remember her saying if they pressed the power button on the facia on and off a few times that occasionly it would show on the display (tested the on off switch while i was there) thanks Cras
