    Wont pump out. Seems as if there is an air lock.

    No blockages in sump hose and eco ball is free

    Lay drain hose down then it starts to pump when put back in exit pipe on wall.

    Could it be pump failing. She uses it a lot

    Could it be a coin caught in drain hose or pump assembly acting as a non return valve?
