    Just a quick word of thanks to those who set up and those who contribute to this forum.

    I’d had a look through the internet to look for any information already posted on the web. I joined this forum as I saw it was responsive and offered worthwhile advice.

    Although my washing machine repair didn’t work out, the friendly help received was much appreciated.

    I will call again if I need any further advice, and will happily recommend any friends in a similar situation.

    Having set up and moderated forums myself I know that it’s quite a lot of effort to make a success of on-line advice.
