    Hi,

I have a Panasonic NN-A574SBBTQ inverter oven/microwave that’s been great since I bought it new 3 years ago.

Last night however, whilst cooking on a convection/microwave combination cycle, it lost all power and the display disappeared.

The plug fuse and the wall socket are both OK.

I’ve read of the voltage dangers lurking inside these…might it be worth having an engineer look it over? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Stan

Yes it would be worth getting an Engineer to look at it for you, but I would advise that you find a Panasonic Registered Engineer to look at it for you.
You could take a look at the UKWG find an Engineer feature to see if we have 1 listed in your area.
