:rolls: Wont pump out water even thou the pump is working and there are no blockages in filter or any hoses. Is there a possible air vent blockage contained in the drum housing? andrew.cochlin@cochlin.co.uk

There’s a water inlet/drain outlet matrix that may need some attention? I would suggest taking the filter out and blowing down or air blasting the drain outlet hose to clear any potential blockage between the two.

Welcome to the forums by the way! 😀

Bosch – Upright WOK2001 Washing Machine

Thanks for your suggestions, I’ve already replaced the pump, and blown down the waste pipe which seems very clear. What I’ve noticed is that when the pump is running the sump hose becomes squashed up and theres a suction sound from what seems like the vent hole at the rear/top of the machine. It’s as if theres a vacuum being created within the drum as the water is very slowly being drained away?

Sock or colour catcher caught in sump ball valve maybe? 💡
