El Thicko back again… Very little knowledge of refrigeration so a little bit of help would be appreciated here please.
The above fridge freezer. A relay or cut-out click can be heared and there is a faint buzz when the machine is plugged in, but the compressor is not starting… The compressor is cold as if it is not even trying. There is a 5uf cap on this model…
Would I be right in guessing that the above sounds as if that cap has gone or would you think it is the compressor at fault here?
