Hi this machine will not take water in for the dryer. A week ago i changed the dryer heater then she phoned and said it comes up with code F13 after 1 hour then stops after 5 min. I have had a look and find no water going in to dryer have power to valve but no go looks like main power board unless any one thinks other wise. Can any one Help please

if you got 240v to valve then chances are board is ok, valve is knackered or water supply problem.

Going on what you said so far, have to agree with Neil. Replace the valve.

Hi Les: Please explain, 240v to valve but have Live. Do you mean you have just a live supply but no switched Neutral?

Unless you have a connector or Harness fault then as you said it sounds like a PCB fault, have you checked for Dry joints?.
You did’nt explain that you only had a Live feed in your 1st post, that’s why we said to replace the valve.
