    Hi all,
Does anyone have a service manual for this machine, I’m trying to find out why I can’t get it to send any power to the element on the back of an e3 fault.

    Regards

Some of then, depending on who made it will have a switch in series with the heater, it needs water pressure to activate the switch & the heater. Low water level, poor pump pressure, blocked filters can cause it not to heat & bring E3 fault.
Dimpco should be able to get you the required tech’ info i’d expect.
