    Just tried a couple more things with the machine from the previous post. It is behaving erratically, doing a very slow turn when it is on a wash, but nothing at all when set on spin.
    I think this is going to be beyond us to repair. How do we find a decent Bosch repair person who REALLY knows what they are doing? We’ve had some very bad experiences over the years.

    If you don’t have any luck with ‘Find an engineer’ give us an idea of the area you are in and we can investigate further. 🙂

    Thanks, suddenly noticed link and felt v. stupid!
    Booked engineer for Monday. I’ll be pretty desperate by then with 3 kids.
