Whirlpool fridge/freezer has stopped chilling/ freezing?

URGENTLY NEED advice please.
I have a whirlpool frostfree fridge/freezer, model no: ART 843-2/G.
The freezer compartment has defrosted all the contents.
The fridge compartment is not keeping food chilled anymore as the tempreture is now 8c.
The controls for both are at the top rear of the fridge compartment and are both set to max.
There are 2 small slats below the control switches that blows/vents cool, but not cold air into the fridge compartment.
You can hear the motor is running, and the light comes on in the fridge when the door is opened.
The air vent in the bottom of the fridge above the salad boxes is kept clear.
Help please as all the contents are ruined.
