    I think E02 error is heater problem but how do you find the heater on these it seems to be all built into the base!

    Anyone worked on one of these before do you have to turn it upsidedown & take the base off ?

    Any help would be apprciated.

    Let’s hope your machine is within the Siemens guarantee period (5 years I believe?) because this is a complex and potentially costly repair. Likely as not the Heat Pump has failed or the electronic board that controls it. (E02 refers to a Heater Relay failure to be precise) Nevertherless not in any way a DIY job by any stretch of the imagination, instead contact Siemens directly.:wink:

    I was going to repair it as I picked it up to Re-Con,
    I shall check the relay first & have a look at PCB.
    I shall keep you posted if i fix it.

    Poped a new sugar cube(HF3FD)in the PCB and all working fine !!
