    Hi been to an 11kg lg direct drive model F1443kd6 customer says always had a problem with the spin sometimes will work but getting worse, i have seen several comments about modules being replaced curing this fault? put it on spin with nothing in and when it began to build up speed drum was swaying quite wildly then of course stopped and started process over again etc, took back off and could see no obvious prob with suspension, has 5 dampers in total underneath on a cradle assembly, are there any top supports inside outer drum as i could move drum back and forth quite easily, or could it module not running a correct build up speed causing the sway?

    There was a modification to the modules on the 11kg machines. Check what software is intalled. Or PM me your email and I’ll send the leaflet.
