Good afternoon everyone,
Wondering if someone can give me some advice regarding the above ceramic hob unit.
The customer has reported that she is unable to control the heat of both right hand hobs.
When I called today, the main problem was with the smaller right hand hob. The hob quickly becomes red hot when set to maximum, but then remains red hot until one turns the control past Position 1 and nearly off.
As I’m relatively inexperienced in this field, I wonder if the hobs have separate thermostats, or electronic controls to govern the temperature.

I’m struggling for information on this problem.
Perhaps someone could let me have a wiring diagram, or advise as to where to obtain one.
I have tried Belling in the past, with little help.

Are you sure that this model Number is the hob as I can only find ovens listed under this?

Well spotted Colin.
The hob model is CHU165 or CHU177, and I don’t have the serial number to hand.
Wondering if you know the method of heat control for these hobs.
