    My machine is being very temperamental and will not now start, I either get just Err flashing or the door lock clicks and I get an E40. Anyone know if a new door lock is likely to fix this and if so how easy it would be to fit???

    A new interlock may fix your issue, they are cheap enough & easy to fit. But be aware a shorted door interlock can result in a damaged pcb.
