A mate of mine in’t Smoke has what we think is an interlock fault. Powers up but won’t lock etc. He’s got an interlock for the machine (069639) but says the one on the machine is completely different to the one he’s found, longer black body with two tags near to the catch and one at the other end of the body. I’ve looked and the current interlock on all the sites is standard brown body with black rail etc.Are these just wire for wire changes or is there a mod?

It will fit and just a wire for wire change but as its a re-badged Balay machine you could always fit the exact replacement using a Balay interlock instead. Qualtex do one (Part No INT47) Or Ariston (C00051438) Masterpart (BS62106).
