If it’s going all the way through the cycle with no heat, it may be the stat inside the door.

Ah, OK then – F3 means basically no heat yes (less than 1.5C rise in 20 mins)
Apart from the obvious, heater, thermostats, no water circulation, wiring etc it can be the PCB according to the Smeg info, part number 816290656, list price £123.96 plus VAT

Ehm, may I ask who your suppler is ?
The part number does change to the one he quoted you, but the price I let you have was for that part and remains the same.
The console panel is list price £29.33 ex VAT.
Someone is taking the p*ss methinks 🙄

In fact don’t tell me I know, it’s Connect (Electrue) ! I just put those part numbers in and that’s the price they come up with here.
Come on Connect, those prices I quoted are the Smeg list price, i.e. the price the public would pay were they to phone Smeg and order the part themselves.
How on earth do you come up with those prices ?
Dave.

If not, I can order them for you, take 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off those prices as well for trade.

KeymasterHi machineman,
Those prices quoted by Dave are totally correct, I checked them here too and they are 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} accurate.

I would have to say that Connect are basing their price on the Smeg retail price then and whacking a massive mark up on top then.

QER helped me out with one of these the other week. Same fault . Turned out to be the heater relay O.C. Then again, no use if its not a chargeable.

put mega{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} mark up on it add handling and packing fee and “Voila”
most spares suppliers wouldnt touch Smeg parts with a bargepole so you have people over the proverbial barrel
Until UKW came along 😉
