Hi, I need a circulation pump C00118802 for this machine. Connect and Masterpart are both out of stock. Does anybody know if I could fit one from from the FDW60 part no C00080512 as from the pictures, they look identical apart from some minor wiring differences which could be easily overcome. Also, the C00080512 is in stock and quite a bit cheaper 😀
    Cheers,

Possibly not, C00118802 one is listed as 1/2 load V240 75W, the other listed as a motor pump with half load solenoid.

Hmmm, ok, it was just an idea. Does look very similar though. So are you saying it runs at 1/2 speed as opposed to just a solenoid valve for 1/2 load?

Thats the info given on Partfinder, it would suggest your observations may be correct but I don’t know for certain.

Just to follow up one this one. I did fit the C00118802 and it was identical, including the label on the motor, apart from the electrical plug which was very easy to sort. Hope this might be of help to someone in the future.

yes you can fit the alternative motor, just remove the solenoid-it is secured by a push on metal fixing, have done it many times on hotpoint/indesit dishwashers

I didn’t need to touch the solenoid. I left it fully functioning as design intended. I have fitted non-half load pumps to models with the half load function, with the consent of the customer, naturally. I just ask them if they use the half load feature, which most of them don’t.
