ParticipantHi,
This machine freezes the fridge section. Ice builds up on the wet wall at rear. customer said that it started about week ago and the super freeze light was flashing but eventually went off. I went this morning and the super freeze light was flashing again. When the temp dial turned to zero it did not stop the compressor as the inst. book indicated. The freezer appears ok. Is it likely to be the pcb as all else seems to operate ok.
Any pointers please. 🙂

It’ll either be the PCB or the fridge thermistor as there’s nothing elase control-wise in it really.
The pcb is about £30 and the sensor about £10 from memory.

Thanks Dave,
Reading about similar models in the book it says that the thermistor very rarely goes down so I think I will go for the pcb. Could someone confirm the part number as the info I have does not list this model. Thanks.
Much appreciated.

Hi Dave and anyone else,
I have received the PCB for this machine CAN97922579 and iit is a service pack.
I need to configure it by removing one or other, or leave or take out both tabs situated on the new PCB. The instuctions give me 3 different types of appliances. They refer to those without fridge ventilators….I pressume they mean the duct from the freezer to the fridge. What do they mean by “top mounted units”? And when they refer to “390 litre combi units” they mean the internal capacity I assume? 🙂
Appreciate some confirmation on this.
Many thanks,
Laurence
