    I have got my first ever service call tomorrow.
    I have just tried to login to the Amica web site to check up on the particular model and the login/password I received via e-mail Sept 2010 will not work. 😥

    HELP.

    Complaint is of poor spin and funny smell, apparently all hoses and filter have been double checked.

    I was sent the same login details twice, once in Sept & again in Oct.

    They did work at the time but don’t now.

    It would be good if someone could send me fresh login details ASAP so that I can ‘gen up’ on this machine.

    There’s not much there TBH Jim. 😕

    Basic design is more or less the same as the AW23 and the fault codes are in the FCG and the known error codes thread.

    I will approach it in my usual confident manner. 😀

    However it would still be useful to be able to login, how do I find part numbers etc unless I can access the site?

    Machine sorted.

    NFF. No spin could have been oversoaping or OOB, worked fine for me.

    Smell was due to under sink plumbing allowing waste water to rum back into the machine. :rolls:
