ParticipantHi there again everyone, I was just wondering if anyone can help?
I seem to remember a while back when I came to buy the ISE 10 that a few posts mentioned the ability to adjust the number of rinses the machine does. Having read the manual and tried to do some research on here I can’t find anything.
Does anyone know the default number of rinses that the 1606W is set on and how (if I can) to adjust this number?
Thanks so much for your help, its very much appreciated.
Cheers
Alan ❓

Hi Ken,
sorry to be such a pain, the changing of the default spin settings explanation is very straightforward. However the one below it, Super Rinse or Delayed Start, doesn’t really explain itself all that well!! What would I be changing by adjusting that setting? Does it mean I can trade delayed start for a super rinse? If so what is a Super Rinse?!!
Cheers for your kind help as always,
Alan

Hi Alan,
No, it’s not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} clear, hence the warnings. 😉
It is however what we get from factory as instructions, exactly.
Yes, you can trade off the delay function to get the super rinse which, when selected as an option, will give you seven rinses instead of five.

Cheers K,
I shall give it a try, thanks again for your invaluable assistance. I must say it is great being able to post on here about such mundane things as spin settings, and have you guys reply straightaway! If I had punted for a cheaper machine a year and a half ago, I’d probably be on the phone to a call centre, on hold, with a broken machine by now!!
Cheers,
Alan

Sorry to be a pain but thought I’d say!
I’ve just tried to set the super-rinse function but on entering the program mode, and pressing the delay start button, nothing happened! The program select dial is all lit and the 5 lights on the start/stop dial are all lit but nothing on the temp/delay start dial. I’m assuming this means I can’t change this setting? Hopefully my machine is ok too as I accidently pressed the temperature setting but nothing lit up?
Cheers for this and thanks again,
Alan

Hi Alan,
The machine will be fine. It is a bit fiddly that one though to get it to program.

Hi All,
I’m having the same problems as the OP here and would appreciate any help.
I can program the 3 or 5 rinse setting no problem but can’t program super-rinse / delayed start.
Once in programming mode pressing the delayed start button does nothing.
I have tried calling ISE but, disappointingly, they have no one available to provide any customer support at all!!
thanks

Pardon me, but there is support. Unfortunately it’s Monday, there’s staff off and we’re a bit behind, so someone technical being available may take some time.
The process is described here:
http://iseappliances.co.uk/index.php/su … 1606washer
There’s actually not a lot to add to that in all honesty.
However some later boards had this feature removed so it may not be available on that particular machine, it depends on the software version that is hard coded into the machine.
