Went to a call this morning….
Bosch WAS32469 8kg washer.
This machine is on its own, with one tumble dryer in a large laundry room… the machine washes for 29 people in a warden controlled block of flats….

Advise them that you only guarantee for 30 days in a commercial environment.

Getting their moneysworth ;-).
Have the same with an army barracks I visit which use domestic Zanussis. Constant calls to blocked filters as the machines are on 24/7. Tend to last a few months then bearings go but they still won’t invest in proper commercial machines. Easy money if you don’t mind fishing prophylactics out of pumps :rolls:
