    Hi Guys, sorry have not posted model no. The machine is only 2 or 3 years old according to customer. Problem described as machine starts and fills main wash light on, then rinse light comes on and then jumps to anti crease. Any ideas?

    Rinse light flashing denotes fault code of no signal from motor tacho. Check usual, brushes may be worn, drum seized & not able to turn etc. Worst case, P.C.B could be faulty.

    The newer ones have a float switch in the base, just like dishwashers. Door seals are prone to get torn lip and dribble down front into base. Ask customer if any sign of damage to seal.
